Born and raised in Hampton, New Hampshire, I’ve always had strong ties to the local community. After graduating high school, I spent time living in several cities along the East Coast, but nothing ever compared to the sense of home I found here in New England. That connection ultimately brought me back to New Hampshire, where my professional journey truly began.

I started my career in the insurance industry, working for a local, family-run business as a licensed insurance producer. Those years taught me the importance of trust, transparency, and putting people first—values that continue to guide everything I do today. After many successful years in insurance, I made the transition into real estate, where I discovered my true passion.

I began on the retail side of real estate, helping homeowners buy, sell, and invest. As my experience grew, so did my involvement in multiple areas of real estate, including land development, multi-family properties, and single-family renovations and flips. Through it all, I realized that the most rewarding part of real estate wasn’t just the properties—it was helping people through some of the biggest decisions of their lives.

That passion led me to create Brendan Buys Houses, a company built on integrity, transparency, and true win-win solutions. Our mission is simple: help homeowners find the right solution for their unique situation—without pressure and without hidden agendas.

I was born in New England, I live here, and I invest here. We take pride in being locals helping locals, and in treating every homeowner with honesty, respect, and fairness.

Hi, I’m Breandan Garland, and I serve as the Home Buying Specialist here at Brendan Buys Houses. I’m often the first person you’ll meet, and my role is to guide you through the process, answer your questions, and help you explore the best options for selling your home.

I’ve been investing in and working with real estate throughout Southern NH for more than 7 years, partnering with homeowners in all types of situations. Whether someone is dealing with a difficult property, facing a time-sensitive move, or just prefers a simple, no-hassle sale, I focus on making the process clear, transparent, and stress-free.

Before real estate, I worked in finance in the consumer goods industry with several well-known food manufacturers and distributors. But real estate has always been my passion — especially the ability to help local families and create real solutions for people right here in our community.

I live in Milford, NH with my wife, Ashley, and our 1-year-old son, Kieran. When I’m not meeting with sellers or walking properties, you can usually find me on the golf course or spending time with family.

Rick Greenlaw is a lifelong resident of the Southern New Hampshire and Maine region with over 20 years of hands-on experience in both new construction and the renovation of older homes. Known for his attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship, Rick specializes in turning houses into comfortable, stylish, and highly functional living spaces that families are proud to call home.

Beyond construction, Rick is a true craftsman at heart. He is an accomplished woodworker, creating custom pieces and detailed finishes that add character and warmth to every project. He also brings expert skill in tile installation, delivering clean, precise, and durable finishes in kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces.

Rick’s creativity doesn’t stop indoors—he has a deep love for gardening and landscaping, bringing outdoor spaces to life with the same care and vision he applies to every home. This passion allows him to approach projects with a full-property mindset, blending beauty, functionality, and long-term value.

Above all, Rick is driven by one mission: helping people create their future dream homes. Whether it’s a full renovation, custom build, or a small but meaningful upgrade, he treats every project as if it were his own.

When the tool belt comes off, Rick enjoys spending time outdoors, gardening, and making memories with his wife Holly and their daughters, Emily and Lily.
