I was born and raised in Hampton, New Hampshire. After High school, I stretched my legs and moved to a couple of cities up and down the eastern seaboard, but nothing compared to living in New Hampshire. Upon returning home, I got my professional start in the insurance industry at a local family-run business as a licensed insurance producer. After many years in insurance, I transitioned into the real estate industry, where I found my true passion. I started my real estate journey on the retail side of the business, helping clients buy, sell, and invest in real estate. Quickly, I invested in multiple areas of real estate, including land, multi-family, and single-family fixes and flips. Combining my passion for real estate and helping others, I started Brendan Buys Houses, which allows me to do both. WIN-WIN Solutions is what we are all about. I was born in New England, I live here, and I Invest here. We pride ourselves on locals helping locals.

Breandan Garland

Hi, I’m Breandan Garland, and I serve as the Home Buying Specialist here at Brendan Buys Houses. I’m often the first person you’ll meet, and my role is to guide you through the process, answer your questions, and help you explore the best options for selling your home.

I’ve been investing in and working with real estate throughout Southern NH for more than 7 years, partnering with homeowners in all types of situations. Whether someone is dealing with a difficult property, facing a time-sensitive move, or just prefers a simple, no-hassle sale, I focus on making the process clear, transparent, and stress-free.

Before real estate, I worked in finance in the consumer goods industry with several well-known food manufacturers and distributors. But real estate has always been my passion — especially the ability to help local families and create real solutions for people right here in our community.

I live in Milford, NH with my wife, Ashley, and our 1-year-old son, Kieran. When I’m not meeting with sellers or walking properties, you can usually find me on the golf course or spending time with family.
